Owners Mario de Ridder (Restaurant Joelia among others) and Pelle Swinkels discovered their passion for South American cuisine on trips through Peru and Mexico. They offer an original alternative to popular French cuisine. Ají is decorated in tropical style and serves main courses for less than 20 euros.
