The informal Water Brasserie is part of the DoubleTree by Hilton Rotterdam Centre, a luxury design four-star hotel. Guests and groups of up to 130 people can have breakfast, lunch, drinks or dinner in this restaurant. The menu includes many reasonably priced (international) classics, such as Dutch speciality Croquette Rolls with bread, Caesar Salad and Fish & Chips.
DoubleTree by Hilton Rotterdam Centre is in the Maritime District on the border of the Witte de Withkwartier and Scheepvaartkwartier districts. Leuvehaven metro station is right outside and just a five-minute ride from Rotterdam Central Station. There is also a jetty for the water taxi. The capacity of the valet parking is limited but there are two indoor car parks within walking distance.
